PRODUCTS AND SALES CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Acceptance of General Terms and Conclusion of the Contract

1.1 The contract between Calzaturificio Bettio srl (hereinafter "Bettio") and the Customer (a natural person making purchases on the Site for non-commercial, non-business, or non-professional purposes) is considered concluded upon Bettio’s acceptance, even partial, of the order. In case of non-acceptance, Bettio will promptly inform the Customer.

1.2 By placing an order through the provided form on the Site (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer acknowledges and accepts these general terms (hereinafter the "Terms").

1.3 These Terms can be printed or stored as per Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

2.1 The products available for sale are only those displayed on the Site at the time of Order submission, as described in the respective product sheets.

2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the characteristics of the item (e.g., color and size differences due to browser and monitor settings).

2.3 The Customer must complete the Order form, carefully review the Terms and the product details, and submit the form. The Customer may request an invoice under Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633/1972.

2.4 Upon receipt of the Order, Bettio will send an email confirmation containing a summary of the purchase conditions and the data provided by the Customer for verification.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1 Prices displayed on the Site include taxes and VAT. Any additional shipping or payment costs will be communicated before Order submission.

3.2 Accepted payment methods:
(i) PayPal – Customers may use PayPal as per its own procedures.
(ii) Credit Card – Transactions will be processed through a secure PayPal server or another secure server chosen by Bettio. Bettio does not store credit card details and is not responsible for fraudulent use of cards.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

4.1 Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within 24-72 hours from Bettio’s acceptance of the Order, with the cost specified before Order submission. Bettio may refuse international deliveries. Delivery costs and times may vary for non-Italian addresses.

4.2 For deliveries outside the EU, any customs fees or import duties are the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer should check with their customs authorities before placing an Order.

4.3 Delivery times are indicative, and any delays or partial shipments do not justify order cancellation or claims for compensation.

4.4 Upon delivery, the Customer must check:

  • That the number of packages matches the shipping document.

  • That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered.
    Any issues must be noted on the delivery document and reported within 7 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 In accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the products, without penalties or reasons.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a request via email to info@archivio22.com.

5.3 The Customer must return the products, notifying Bettio via email, within 14 days to:
Calzaturificio Bettio srl, Quartiere Dell’Industria, Quarta Strada 18 – 30032 Fiesso D’Artivo (VE).
Returned items must be undamaged, complete, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

5.4 Bettio will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bettio may withhold the refund until it receives the returned product.

5.5 The right of withdrawal is forfeited if:

  • The returned product or its packaging is not intact.

  • Essential elements (e.g., laces, buckles) are missing.
    If the withdrawal is denied, Bettio will return the product, charging the Customer for shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

7.1 Personal data collected with the Order is used solely to fulfill Customer requests, in compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 and the Site’s privacy policy. Additional processing will be subject to Customer consent.

APPLICABLE LAW

8.1 These Terms and the related sales contract are governed by Italian law, excluding conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes will be resolved by the court of the Customer’s place of residence.
